Welcome to KYVEL. What follows are the ground rules for using our website and buying from us. By visiting kyvel.com or placing an order, you accept them, so please take a moment to read through before completing your purchase.

These terms apply to everyone who visits or shops at KYVEL. They govern how the site may be used, how orders are formed, and what each side owes the other. If any part leaves you uncertain, get in touch before ordering and we will gladly explain.

2. Placing an Order

Placing an order means you are offering to buy the items in your basket. We will email you to confirm we have received it, but a binding contract only takes shape once your goods are dispatched. We may turn down or cancel an order — say, if an item has sold out or a price was listed wrongly — and where we do, anything already paid is refunded to you in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices appear in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where it applies. We work hard to keep our pricing spot on, but if an obvious slip gets through, we will point it out before processing and let you decide whether to continue or cancel. Payment is collected at the time you order, through our secure providers.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom and much of Europe. Our estimated delivery times and charges are set out in full on the Shipping & Payment page. We give it our best to meet these windows, though they are estimates rather than guarantees, since the last leg is in the hands of third-party carriers.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Shopping as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason required. The Withdrawal & Cancellation page takes you through exactly how it works. A few items, such as sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, may sit outside this right.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your happiness with your purchase matters to us. If something is not right, our Refund Policy explains how to send it back and how your refund is handled. Where you can, please return goods in a resaleable condition.

7. Using Our Website

You agree to use kyvel.com for lawful purposes only, never in a way that could harm the site, spoil its use for others, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site whenever there is a reasonable need.

8. Intellectual Property

All that you see on this website — the text, images, layout and graphics — belongs to KYVEL or is used with permission. Browse and enjoy it freely, but please do not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.

We take real care over our products and our service, and we never try to exclude any liability that the law will not let us exclude. Nothing in these terms touches your statutory rights as a consumer, which stand firmly beside everything written here.
